Technip HQ, Aberdeen

Robertson Property and Robertson Eastern delivered brand new, purpose-built UK subsea headquarters in Westhill on the outskirts of Aberdeen for Technip, a world leader in project management, engineering and construction for the energy industry.

Reinforcing the company's long-term commitment to serving the North Sea market, this new site brings much of the Company's 1,200-strong workforce together onto one site and aims at improving the quality of facilities for employees, which supports the development of Technip's people.

This £15 million redevelopment project saw the construction of a 60,000 sq ft building and one-and-a-half storey car park to replace existing buildings on the site. The new facility provides extensive office space, including meeting rooms and dedicated emergency response facilities, as well as a restaurant, coffee shop and gym facilities. Existing parking at the site was also boosted by around 450 spaces.
