The new 6,000m2 two-storey showroom is being constructed by Robertson North West with the completed project expected summer 2018.

Making the most of the space

As the business continues to thrive, Inchcape enlisted the expertise of Robertson North West to turn their existing site into the new, modern dealership featuring showrooms, office space, workshops and a parking roof deck.

Before we could get started though, we had to carry out demolition works of the existing showroom and complete external works and landscaping before progressing on with the new project.

More than just construction

As well as building the new £9m showroom for Inchcape Estates Ltd, Robertson North West also excelled in other areas during the project. This includes:

We go the extra mile

We’re more than just a construction, infrastructure and support services organisation. We also go that step further to help our partners and save them time, money and resources where we can.

“This is a stylish and exciting project to have been selected to deliver. Our experience with similar construction projects will enable us to deliver the structure to the highest standard. That’s why we installed a new entrance to the site to save the client money in relation to the programme. This decision was taken without the clients’ application or request however, the Robertson North West team was able to identify significant savings to the cost and took action to implement this." Darren Sterling, Robertson North West Operations Director

On plan, on time = client satisfaction

After production began on the Jaguar Land Rover showroom for Inchcape Estates in July of 2017, the 54-week programme is on schedule and set to be complete in the summer of 2018. With a problem-free build so far, the project has been managed efficiently with our client – Inchcape – satisfied in terms of construction and delivery of the project.
