Dedicated to delivering high-quality, energy efficient affordable housing in association with local authorities, registered social landlords and registered providers, we support the Scottish Government’s affordable housing programmes as well as building homes for communities in the North East of England.

Our different businesses have delivered over 7000 affordable homes by 2024. Our long-term aim is to provide thousands more to support local needs.

We draw on the diverse capabilities of the wider Robertson Group businesses, with structural timber frames being designed and engineered in house.

Getting the most out of local authority land

To get the most out of gap sites, brownfield sites, or other land, our pre-construction team brings extensive design and engineering experience. We develop the optimum affordable housing scheme for each site, maximising the value of your land.

We are experienced in all relevant planning policies and will liaise closely with planners to ensure that we create a scheme that is deliverable. Working alongside local communities and interested parties, we ensure proposals are clearly understood and unnecessary objections are minimised. We fully consult with the local community to address all concerns directly and avoid unnecessary delays later in the process.
