Our daily objective is to achieve zero accidents or harm to health so that everyone goes home safe at the end of every day, as well as have a fully qualified competent workforce, be supported by committed supply chain partners, and make a positive impact on our environment.

To achieve this, we have embedded best practice for safety, health and environment (SHE) into each business across Robertson Group. It is our collective and personal responsibility to ensure everyone’s health, safety and wellbeing at work, and this is at the heart of our behavioural safety culture. It is a journey of improvement, and we continuously raise the level of our training and performance, setting and developing minimum skills and guidelines, and making sure we always follow the standards we set for ourselves.

We are determined to set industry-leading SHE standards that go well beyond the level required for compliance, across our Group. The whole of Team Robertson continues to show what can be achieved when we all work together.

We are incredibly proud of our FM and Construction businesses for achieving such notable awards in this years’ RoSPA Awards. RFM have retained the President’s Award in recognition of 11 years of consecutive Gold awards, and in the first year that our construction businesses have entered the awards, they too have received high accolades.
