Our graduate roles for 2025 are live – apply before the closing date on 29th November 2024

Geared to draw out the best in you and accelerate your career, you’ll work across multiple projects gaining in-depth knowledge of our industry and organization – and make a meaningful contribution to our goals here at Robertson.

Start date: September 2025 – roles are advertised to end November with interviews in January and February. 

Entry requirements: minimum 2.2 in relevant subject.

Duration: 2 years.

Typical roles: quantity surveyor, site manager, civil engineer and business support.

Yes, if you're offered a role we'll need to see your degree certificate.

Yes, if it aligns with your role you'll have the opportunity in the 2nd year of the graduate programme to begin studying towards a relevant membership such as CIOB, ICE or RICS – fully funded by Robertson.

During the programme you'll work in one specific business area where you'll be supported to progress and specialise in your role. However, you will have the opportunity to work in another part of the business in year two to further expand your knowledge of what we do and how we work.
