I haven’t had this access to learning in any other job, and I honestly wouldn’t have felt as equipped in my role this past year without it. Most of the modules I’ve done are bitesize, anything from five to 20 minutes – I’ve never felt like I’m having to sit and study. For instance, I’ve completed a few of the management skills modules and feel far more confident now when I’m speaking to people and handling different situations – even if it’s an awkward one!
