Robertson delivers high-quality affordable housing in partnership with local authorities, Registered Social Landlords and Registered Providers. We support the Scottish Government’s affordable housing programmes as well as building homes for communities in the  North East of England.

Meet our leadership team

The Robertson Residential leadership team includes our founder Sir Bill Robertson, and is responsible for setting our strategy and delivering new build homes across the UK for private market sale and in partnership with local authorities and housing providers.

    Executive Chairman
    Bill founded Robertson in Elgin in 1966, and still provides active leadership of the Group today. A past president of the Scottish Builders Federation, Bill was made a CBE in recognition of his services to UK construction. He was knighted for his services to construction and charity in the 2023 New Year's Honours list.

    As a director of Robertson Residential, Elliot brings over 25 years' experience in the residential construction industry and formerly held the positions of COO, Strategic Business Development Director and CEO of Robertson Homes.

    A chartered accountant for nearly three decades, Colin has spent most of his career in the property sector. He oversees all financial activities, combining effective strategies with his in-depth knowledge of residential developments.

    Graham brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this role having held senior positions within the industry, latterly serving in the capacity of Regional Chairman of CALA Group Ltd for a period of 6 years from 2013.
