Urban Union was formed to deliver large-scale housing led regeneration projects and since incorporation in 2011, has gained a proven, award-winning pedigree in creating new communities.
Our experience spans four mixed-tenure developments, with Pennywell Living in Edinburgh, Laurieston Living and Pollokshaws Living in Glasgow and Muirton Living in Perth well underway or complete. Our latest development is in partnership with Queens Cross Housing Association at the large-scale Hamiltonhill regeneration site in Glasgow.
At the heart of our approach is an unrivalled commitment to creating communities, not simply building new homes. This is achieved by working in close partnership with local authorities, housing associations, community groups and residents.
