Detailed feasibility studies to secure funding

Diligently gathering asset data allowed us to work with our Clear Futures partner, AECOM to propose the most effective decarbonisation measures for 12 buildings, at no cost to the council. These feasibility studies were backed by Low Carbon Skills Funding secured by Robertson.

Securing grant funding from the Public Sector Decarbonisation Fund covered the full capital cost of ‘category 1’ decarbonisation measures —almost £2.5m worth of heating systems.

In partnership with Clear Futures, Robertson provided expertise in energy retrofit, to help the council make significant reductions to carbon emissions and energy bills making a major contribution to their wider 2030 goals.
