Robertson publishes annual ESG report
This week, Robertson Group published its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report, providing an update on the company’s commitment - and the significant progress made - to its people, its partners and the planet.
Highlights include an 11.75% reduction in carbon intensity, the launch of the Next Step Zero programme to support customers in delivering high-quality low and zero-carbon projects, and receiving the prestigious Terra Carta Seal.
Reinforcing Robertson as an employer of choice, the company achieved the Investors in Young People Platinum accreditation and the flagship ‘Ideal Candidate’ programme -designed to support young people into employment and education - has reached over 1,000 participants. Additionally, Robertson has significantly enhanced its Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI) policy and strategy.
