FM services for oil company in Aberdeen
Robertson Facilities Management will deliver FM services to UK-based independent oil company EnQuest in Aberdeen at their new offices. With around 120,000 sq ft covering eight storeys, the building provides office accommodation to 800 people.
An all-encompassing service
For the duration of the contract with EnQuest, Robertson employs a resident team who cover the contract requirements.
This is headed up by an on-site Contract Manager, with the team providing hard and soft FM services that include mechanical and electrical maintenance, fabric maintenance and cleaning amenities.
As well as this, Robertson also provides a mailroom service, overall management and supervision of specialist subcontractors for security, catering and front of house and reception duties to the Annan House building.
Going the extra mile
To ensure EnQuest staff and other building users were able to move into Annan House in a timely manner, Robertson employees continued working through weekends.
By going the extra mile and above and beyond for the customer, the EnQuest staff were able to move in one month ahead of the agreed schedule.
Stepping in to put things right
After over 800 defects were left by an external building contractor, Robertson stepped in to proactively manage these issues on behalf of EnQuest.
This ensured Robertson had a comprehensive overview of the job and allowed us to manage the defects without the customer having to take a "hands-on" role in the project.
