Robertson Construction was contracted to deliver a high-quality sporting facility for the community in Kirkintilloch. The complex made use of a derelict brownfield site in the Southbank area of the town.

A full-size, artificial 3G sports pitch with floodlighting, which can divide into three seven-a-side pitches.
Pavilion building, including changing facilities, cafe space and toilets.
Over 50 onsite car parking spaces, including electric car charging points and covered bike stands.
Improving local facilities
East Dunbartonshire Council funded the £5 million development in support of their "Local Outcomes Improvement Plan" by providing local schools and community organisations with improved facilities. The project should benefit the wellbeing of the community both physically and mentally.
Supporting local employment
The facility was created within the Major Works Scotland & Construction Framework provided by SCAPE Scotland. The construction process of this project used small local enterprises to keep employment in the area and boost the local economy.
