Set up to strengthen NHS capacity during the Covid-19 pandemic, our team responded quickly and worked collaboratively with designers and delivery partners.

In just 20 days one of Scotland's largest exhibition centres was transformed into a fully functional hospital facility. There was a clear determination to get the field hospital in operation as quickly as possible but our team's safety was paramount.

We implemented revised Health & Safety Operating Procedures to maintain social distancing which were adhered to throughout.
