The Meadowgate Intermediate Care Centre provides a therapeutic recovery environment for locals following a serious illness or stay in hospital, allowing them to regain their independence and return to their homes.
Robertson was contracted to remodel and refurbish the property, creating a 40-bed residential facility, new offices and communal areas across the 725m2 (7,808 sq ft) space.

Team Robertson wanted to enhance the gardens areas for new patients, locals, and Meadowgate's 60 employees:
New planters were built with the help from our subcontractor Palmers and students from Redcar & Cleveland College.
Robertson cleared the garden, creating new pathways and soft landscaping with shrubs and plants.
A bench was established in memory of our colleague Paul Fox who sadly passed away aged 37.
