Robertson Civil Engineering delivered a new service road, car park and managers office at the Strathkelvin Retail Park.
The works comprised the demolition of an existing building manager's office, construction of a new service road, the formation of a new car park, construction of a retail unit and building a new building manager's office.
Other works included:
Site clearance, including security fence removal
External lighting
Supply and installation of mechanical and electrical services
Small amount of deep drainage this consisted of the diversion of an existing storm sewer
Additional car park upgrades including reconfiguration of parking and resurfacing works
Full retail park street lighting upgraded to LED lights Utilities management
The site had numerous uncharted services running through it. We had to liaise with all public utilities to agree measures to protect, redirect and/or divert these services during the construction period.
