Robertson Facilities Management appointed to Crown Commercial Service framework

Robertson Facilities Management has been accredited as a supplier to the Crown Commercial Service framework.

The Framework is designed to allow all public sector clients to procure their facilities management and building maintenance requirements through a single Framework mechanism. Central Government departments are mandated by Cabinet Office rules to use the Framework. The wider public sector (local authorities, schools, NHS, etc.) are not mandated, but will be strongly encouraged by the Government to use the Framework.

Robertson is accredited to Lots 1a and 1b for Total Facilities Management (TFM) services.

• Lot 1a is for contracts up to £7m total contract value.
• Lot 1b is for contracts up to £50m total contract value.

Contracts let under the Framework can be up to 7 years, with extensions up to 3 years permitted.
