Robertson Strategic Asset Management secures planning permission for £50m development at Womb Farm
Robertson Strategic Asset Management, part of the Robertson Group, has secured a resolution to grant outline planning permission for a 250-dwelling site in the market town of Chatteris, Cambridgeshire
The unanimous decision by Fenland's District Council Planning Committee sees the area of land at Womb Farm, Doddington Road, given the green light to progress. RSAM is now seeking suitable house builders to develop out the site which is set to have a gross development value circa £50 million.

It is anticipated that the new dwellings will bring economic growth to the area and offer a desirable lifestyle for many with a close commute to Cambridge, Huntingdon and Peterborough with London also in easy reach.

The new development will comprise of a mix of new homes and has been identified as an area for growth in Fenland.
