Affordable, sustainable and accessible homes

Fife Council’s affordable housebuilding programme continued with the construction of a further 34 new affordable and energy-efficient homes on the former site of the Pitcorthie primary school.

This development is the third of seven projects that Robertson is contracted to deliver for the council supporting the ambitious delivery of new homes across the region.

The development is a great example of quality council-led homes that will be cost-effective to rent and live in for years to come, addressing this ongoing need.

Sustainable construction to achieve low running costs

We have constructed to highly energy efficient designs, to help Fife Council achieve their target of increasing the quantity and quality of their stock. 

All are fitted with sprinkler systems recognising both Fife and Scottish Government criteria for safety to be paramount in new build properties.

Environmentally friendly features will keep energy bills low for the residents, underlining the Council's commitment to the natural environment and the wellbeing of its communities.
