Affordable homes for the long term
The need for social and affordable housing is ever pressing, and these homes are a great example of quality council-led homes that will be affordable to rent and live in long term.
Sustainable construction to achieve low running costs
We have constructed the homes to highly energy efficient designs, to help the Fife Council achieve their target of increasing their stock of high-quality housing.
All homes are fitted with sprinkler systems recognising both Fife and Scottish Government criteria for safety to be paramount in newly built homes.
Features will keep energy bills low for the residents, underlining the Council's commitment to the natural environment and the wellbeing of its communities.
Long-lasting community impact
Working in the heart of the community, we recognise the important part we play to create and generate social impact, helping to leave a legacy for years to come.
