Replacing a much-needed community hub
The new facility replaces the previous Mill O'Mains pavilion, which was destroyed by fire in 2017, providing a neighbourhood hub for community activity.
Enhancing service provision for the Dundee community
The project has upgraded the school's kitchen/dining area, renewing roof coverings, boilers, ventilation facilities and more. It provides the community with first-class facilities on their doorstep that are expected to be used by many people in the future.
We are delighted to be playing our part in bringing new community facilities to Mill O'Mains. Using the Procurement Hub Major Projects framework provided the flexibility and platform for Dundee City Council to utilise a contractor of their choice for the duration of the project.
