Continuing our relationship
This project sees us continue our relationship with The University of Stirling, after we successfully delivered the award-winning Campus Central building.
Project Overview
To balance historical preservation with modern needs, the design will repurpose and revitalise parts of the existing facility adjacent to the esteemed A-listed Pathfoot building. Once completed, the new facilities will offer a comprehensive array of resources, including modernised and extended spaces, making a new era of excellence in aquaculture research and education.
The project features a state-of-the-art challenge unit for studying bacterial, viral and parasitic diseases of fish. Equipped with controlled temperature experimental rooms, this versatile facility offers secure and adaptable environments to facilitate extensive research programmes. Completing this space are front of house activity areas, a dedicated office, and supportive back-of-house facilities serving the Aquaria and Challenge unit.
Route to market
NATIH was procured through the CCS CWAS Framework and is the third project that Robertson Construction Central East will deliver for the University.
