Improving the necessary infrastructure
Robertson Property led the project to develop the site for Asda. We overcame various challenges to make it happen. Acquiring extra land from an adjacent landowner was needed to create a safe vehicle entrance. We also got planning consent for alternative service access on a tight deadline.
