Summary
Maintaining a healing environment
Robertson provides facilities management for Clock View, a low risk mental health hospital serving the Merseyside area, which was the first new building for the Mersey Care NHS Trust for a considerable time.
New facilities for the Mersey area
Clock View Hospital treats patients in the Mersey area for a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and dementia. It provides 80 individual bedrooms and was the first new building investment made by Mersey Care NHS Trust for a considerable time.
The building was built by Farrans Heron and during the project, an administrator for Robertson's team worked on site, which smoothed the transition from construction to operation.
Another Robertson staff member then joined the project at the observation / snagging phase, providing knowledge of the building for the FM team at an early stage. Information was also passed on to the client, helping them to use their new building effectively and forging a strong relationship between the FM team and the Trust.
The Robertson on site staff are extremely conscientious and take great pride in ensuring our facilities stay looking as fresh as the day they opened. I would have no hesitation in recommending Robertson FM.
A safe, secure and healing environment
Robertson provides FM services for a 6400m2 area including external window cleaning, building lifecycle services, soft and hard grounds maintenance and helpdesk services.
Robertson adapted to the specific considerations of working within a mental health environment, ensuring a vigilant approach to personal and relational safety of everyone at the facility.
All Robertson FM staff were sourced from the local community.
