Robertson Facilities Management maintain a strong relationship with NHS Highland by providing exceptional services at the single storey, residential-style campus of New Craigs Psychiatric Hospital, situated in Leachkin, Inverness.
Providing outstanding services
Regular training related to the nature of this hospital and its users is carried out with all our Robertson employees before starting work in the facility to ensure the safety of everyone involved. We offer various services on this project which are tailored to the specific needs of the psychiatric patients and hospital staff including:
- hard and soft FM;
- hard and soft landscaped grounds;
- property and building maintenance;
- ICT infrastructure maintenance;
- energy management;
- security;
- lifecycle replacements;
- domestic services;
- catering services;
- waste disposal;
- pest control.

Creating a need for facilities management
New Craigs hospital was the first major PFI Healthcare project in the North of Scotland and Robertson Facilities Management has been involved since the company's inception in 1998. This longstanding, important site was the first appointment for Robertson Facilities Management and the healthcare experience that we have gained on this project has been used to formulate the basis for our service delivery on many other sites.
