Crown Commercial Service

Providing quality facilities management and workplace services to Government

Through the Crown Commercial Service framework, Robertson Facilities Management delivers hard and soft facilities services, as well as a variety of workplace services, to a range of public sector customers.

Robertson Facilities Management has over twenty years of experience in the industry and previously delivered successful contracts through the Crown Commercial Service since 2019. The current framework agreement is in place from 2022 to 2026.

With this framework, Robertson FM has been evaluated with quality being the main criteria, highlighting the trust that government customers put in our high-quality services; as well as a real focus on social value, supporting one of the UK Governments strategic objectives.

Assured construction delivery for Government projects

Robertson also delivers projects through the Crown Commercial Service Construction Works and Associated Services (CWAS) Framework.

The Facilities Management and Workplace Services framework is a key part of our suite of buildings frameworks. We can support our customers through the whole lifecycle of a major project - from inception, through facilities management, to demolition, aggregating public sector buying power to grow the UK economy. The new framework has the Government’s latest policy priorities baked in, enabling better outcomes on key social value priorities like modern slavery, providing opportunities for SMEs and VCSEs, and carbon reduction.
