NEPO framework

NEPO (North East Procurement Organisation) is a procurement organisation which administers frameworks for North East England. Governed by the 12 local authorities in the North East, their procurement solutions enable customers to secure projects quickly, with best value and lasting social impact.

Frameworks accelerate procurement and delivery of a project, services or works using fully OJEU compliant route to pre-approved group of suppliers.

We have been appointed to their NEPO207 Construction Works framework, and we have delivered many highly successful projects for our customers through this route to market.

A fully compliant framework available for Contracting Authorities both in the North East and across the UK, NEPO207 provides Contracting Authorities with choice and built-in flexibility, helping to secure the right procurement for their projects, in an efficient and cost-effective way.

There is the option available to undertake Expressions of Interest, have Early Contractor Involvement, appoint via a 1 or 2 stage process, giving customers the opportunity to choose the approach that best suits their organisation and project.

Construction Works can include new build, extensions, improvements, renovations and/or refurbishment of:

• Civic buildings
• Schools
• Health care buildings
• Libraries and leisure facilities
• Historic buildings
• Universities and further/higher education establishments
• Housing

We support our customers through every step of the process to ensure compliance throughout each phase of the work. 

We do this by assigning a dedicated Framework Manager to oversee each project, giving our customers advice and confidence.
